Copenhagen 4/6-2019. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Weird can design wih small blue men struggling among orange rocks. Looks like hard work.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a medium-sized, white head. Settles as thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is sweetish, fruity with a sour tang. Sweet exotic fruit like Peach and Mango. Moldy socks. Grapefruit and lemon. Lightly acidic.
Light carbonation. Creamy, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Smooth and pleasant Rye IPA. Not extreme and you do not get a whiplash.
