Copenhagen 22/5 2019. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Drawing of two weird and very yellow faces levitating with closed eyes on the can.
Pours hazy, milky, pale yellow with medium sized-white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of almost transparent foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity and citric. Light sweet odor of exotic fruits like Mango, Peach with hints of Canned pears. Sharp dominating acidic, citric sour odor of Grape fruit and citrus. Sharp and fresh.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, lightly lively texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by strong citric bitterness. Acerbic to a point where it bites a bit. Aftertaste is strong and bitter. Lingers for while.
Fresh, acerbic IPA. Well I actually could drink this all day long.
