Pale ale with Simcoe & Saphir.
Brewed in Collaboration with our good friends at Woodshedding.
The recipe features heritage plumage archer from Warminster & raw wheat from Gothelney farm in Bridgewater, to ground the beer in the land that inspires Woodshedding’s approach.
Our hopping regime brings a vibrancy & freshness, from the wider world of hop farming; it combines a crop of Simcoe, hand-selected from this years harvest, with the spicier, floral notes of Saphir that hum with the budding promise of summer to come.
