Our beloved House IPA; hits the spot in a way that's creamy, dreamy and, of course, Gluten-Free.
Generous amounts of jumbo oats and flaked wheat make for a full texture. The dry-hop focuses on the passion-fruit from Citra, Vic Secret and Galaxy with hits of tangerine and blueberry from Mosaic.
Smooth, citrusy and tropical.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft, soapy head.
Smell is fruity, herbal and dank. Notes of melon, pineapple, citrus and grass.
Taste is fruity, dank and herbal. Notes of melon citrus, peach and grass. Soft bitterness with some sweetness on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice hazy IPA, not as earthy as I usually find gluten free beer.
