Light sessionable beer that has a slight dryness. Quenching on a hot day. The apricot adds some complexity. I get notes of the skin, and it ups the juiciness in the mid palate. Hints of tartness but only hints. A balanced take on a berliner or a dressed down session brett. Brett isn't the primary force here but it certainly softens the body and balances the mouthfeel.
