So, this is my first review, and I'm still working on my palate, but on the nose, this Gose hits hard with almost a mulled cider, and lime. It reminds me of Enchantress by 3 Taverns brewery in Atlanta, which is a cranberry sauce sour which I also highly recommend. I could see enjoying this both on the beach, or by the fire. It pours a pale, hazy red with minimal lacing, and a single finger head. The taste toys with both tart and salinity, but moderate sweetness. Not overpowering. Feel is effervescent, like drinking a sparkler. Overall, this is an extremely crushable beer, and the can art is stellar. Highly recommended.

Most of the time I pour "goses" in their correct/traditional glassware of stanges or pokals, but I poured this one into a tulip. I do believe I found what I needed to say what I will say here.
The appearance was a mostly clear light red/pink color with a small white cap of a little head swiftly gliding off to leave some slightly concave lace.
The aroma had a fabulous blend of cranberry, lime and salt up front. Touch of lemon underneath.
The flavor moderately leads the sour to tart fruity side but isn't afraid to tell the sweet side of cranberries and lime to come and mesh as you see fit. And that's what they did. Mild cranberry to lime and subtle aftertaste of salt and already mentioned aromas.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Good carbonation. Sturdy ABV. Nice cranberry/lime finish.
Overall, very nice fruited sour ale I'd have again. Missing the sour-ed wheat in this.

Pours an effervescent strawberry pink with one finger of cream colored head. Head retention & lacing AWOL

S: A little bit of funk up front sustains throughout, a little berry as well & lime

T: Tart tart lime, dryness, a little salt & maybe just a trace of cranberry. As this warms, the cranberry tartness & lime sourness intensify. Finishes very dry & puckery tart with a little cranberry, lime & salt as advertised

MF: Puckery with lively carbonation

This is a grown-up sour here worked on a lot of levels for me

16oz can, served in a pint glass. Pours a medium lighter pink body, one finger white head, short retention, a fair bit of lacing. Smell is cranberry, citrus, a bit of burnt rubber, light saltiness, a bit of lemon and wheat. It smells like a slightly rubbery margarita. Flavour is a bit more of that burnt rubber, dry citrusy lemon/lime, a bit of salt, less of the cranberry. Mouthfeel is lighter bodied, slightly watery, still dry and refreshing. A solid fruited gose, but it is missing a few components that would make it even better.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/5/2017. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy reddish/pinkish orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/tangy cranberry, fruit skin, lemon, lime, citrus zest, peach, pear, melon, green apple, white grape, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, and cracker; with light notes of pepper, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, fruit, sea salt, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/tangy cranberry, fruit skin, lemon, lime, citrus zest, peach, pear, melon, green apple, white grape, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, and cracker; with light notes of pepper, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy cranberry, fruit skin, lemon, lime, citrus zest, peach, pear, melon, green apple, white grape, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, pepper, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, fruit, sea salt, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero puckering flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, moderately grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.9%. Overall this is an excellent gose! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, fruit, sea salt, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink; with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Perfectly balanced fruits and Lacto complexity; solid pale/wheat malts against acidity, not overly salty. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Pours a light pink ruby color. Slightly cloudy. Very fizzy white head dissipates quickly. However there is a tight splotch of fizzy bubbling bubbles in the center of the beer that continues for some time.

Aroma has strong notes of lime, cranberries, lactic acid, and saltwater. Its very tart on the nose as the aroma alone produces a strong puckering sensation.

Taste is initially not quite as tart as the nose would imply. You get a nice wheat malt backbone with some graininess coming through. Hints of lime and cranberry dance across the palate providing some tartness. The overall acidic tartness does build and the flavors pass over the palate ending with a strong salty lime aftertaste that puckers the mouth - there is that tartness from the nose coming through. Much more acidic and tart than a standard gose ale.

Feel is light and refreshing. Tartness builds towards a full on puckering finish. It builds those rather than punching you in the mouth up front. Somewhat dry finish.

Not a traditional gose by any means, but a damn good beer. This would be a fantastic hot weather beer. I look forward to revisiting this beer again.

Poured 16oz can into snifter. A very bright scarlet rose color with a pillowy 2 finger white head. Retention is very good with spotty lacing all over my glass. Aroma is fresh lemons and limes with some cranberry juice and sea water from teh saline. The flavor is light with tart lemons and cranberry juice. The lime and salt hints are a nice touch for the tartness of the beer. Mouthfeel is clean, refreshing and finishes tart and salty. This was quite enjoyable and would be an excellent thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

A - Pink body, mildly hazy, but still some transparency, short white head, quick to fade, and minimal white lacing.

S - Smart acidity, lactic and sharp, with just a hint of funk.

T - Opens with tart fruity lactic qualities, bright cranberry acidity, a yogurty middle, and a lingering sour bite in the close.

M - Brisk, with a very tart core, and a mildly acidic fade.

O - An aggressively acidic Gose that is both tasty and lush, offering a combination of bright fruity notes and a core that remains true to the more traditional approach to the style.
