9 oz serving tasted in a snifter from draught at Firkin on February 12, 2018. Double dry-hopped double IPA brewed with Citra, Amarillo and Idaho 7 hops. Interesting flavor profile.

A - Straw color, yellow body and a bit of haze, with a mammoth white head of rocky bubbles, slow fade, with big lacing.
S - A bit of lemon, a lot of wilder funk notes, horse blanket, and a hit of dank hops. A bit intimidating, but nothing atypical for Central State.
T - The flavor is lush with hop fruits, grapefruit flesh and zest foremost, with a bit of orange and lemon juice as well, a faint cracker and spice note in the middle, and a very dry close. A real contrast to the nose.
M - Moderate feel, with mild carbonation, and a dry close that yields definite resin build over time.
O - A surprisingly rewarding DIPA, with rich fruit, and strong bitterness, a pure and clean statement, like its namesake.

Poured a golden orange body with large, frothy head. The aroma is tropical and citric/acidic fruits. Smooth body with acidic sharpness and almost sour/cutting funkiness and minor tropical fruit sweetness with dry finish.
