i like these guys a lot and jump at chances to drink new flavors from them. this one is a funky little table saison spiked with coffee, and its a really nice beer. its got some cool funkiness to it from the yeast, unexpected really in a style that seems to trend cleaner and more belgian. immediate sort of vinous pucker here, lightly lactic, but rustic too, with an appreciable wheat profile right away too, and the roasted, chocolaty, bitter coffee. light hazy pale straw color just stained one shade closer to brown by the coffee, it smells like quite a lot of coffee, a little acidic with the sourness of the beer, a little sharp, but sturdy and earthy and fresh at the same time. i love how low alcohol it is, we need more beers south of 4% abv with this much character and intrigue. the coffee is awesome, provides nice bitter against the slightly sweet wheat, and i get a rustic kind of saison element with the acidity at the end, clean and dry and really interesting, baking chocolate, thin crackers, and port wine all flash in at the end as well. complex and minimal at the same time, effervescently carbonated, this is great four season beer. do they can this one?!

Had on tap. Was drawn to this because it was a sour with coffee and the bacteria from wine. It was something. Tart, sour and wine like, followed by a ton of coffee and then finishes cherry sweet. It was out there but it was good
