A: The beer is hazy pale light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin bright white head that left a large patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge.
S: Moderate aromas of eucalyptus are present in the nose along with notes of limes.
T: The taste follows the smell, but has a little more balance between the flavors of eucalyptus and limes. There is a light amount of sourness.
M: It feels light-bodied and a bit tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: With all of the aromas and flavors of eucalyptus, this beer is quite unique. I also found it to be quite refreshing with the tartness as it wasn't really that sour.

A: Pours a crystal clear pale yellow in color with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint pale golden yellow + straw yellow + lemon yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a couple of small patches of thin film surrounded by a medium to large sized patch of very thin film covering a little more than 50% of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of slightly sour wheat malts with moderate amounts of tart lemon citrus acidity and a light presence of earthy funkiness. Moderate aromas of tropical/pineapple, citrus/grapefruit, and tropical/papaya hops.

T: Upfront there is a slightly stronger than moderate flavor of slightly sour wheat malts with moderate amounts of tart lemon citrus acidity from the lacto and a light presence of earthy brett funkiness. That is followed by a moderate flavor of tropical/pineapple, citrus/grapefruit, and tropical/papaya hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lingering tartness.

M: Light bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp with a light to moderate amount of acidic prickliness and a hint of dryness in the finish.

O: Drinks pretty easily but this beer is fairly tart and the alcohol is well hidden. Enjoyable and does a nice job of highlighting the base sour as well as the dry hopping.

Thank you to @lloyddobler for sending me this .
When reviewed I was blind as to what it was.

A:Straw yellow with a good bit of haze. Solid finger or so of head but it quickly subsides.
S: Pineapple, hint of horse blanket and coriander and all spice
T: Very tart. Pineapple, green apple, under ripe kiwi. Loads of funk.
MF: Dry. Mouthfeel is a little odd. Like it is missing a middle. As if you were listening to music with the treble and bass all the way up and the mid range all the way down.
O: Very good but Maybe a little too sour. I would like a little something more in there to offset the sourness. The earthy funkness that lingers throughout is very nice.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but was just released. Pours moderately hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, green apple, white wine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with light notes of peppercorn, pine, leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, green apple, white wine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with light notes of peppercorn, pine, leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate lactic tartness; light pine, herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; and peppery Brett spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, green apple, white wine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, pepper, pine, light funk/vinegar, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and bitter/spiciness balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, moderately grainy/acidic, fairly crisp, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a fantastic dry hopped sour/wild ale! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and pretty refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/spicy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Amazing Citra/Ekuanot showcase. Very juicy and fairly dank/earthy hops, balanced Brett/Lacto complexity; and a solid wheat/oat/malt backbone against acidity. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.
