Dripping with fruit flavor, this sour ale finishes with a touch of smooth sweetness thanks to a dose of lactose sugar.

A: The beer is hazy yellowish red in color. It poured with a short off white head that quickly died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and a patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with notes of cherries.
T: The taste has flavors of lactose and cherries along with a light amount of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little smooth (from the lactose) on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked how the taste of this beer balanced the sweetness of the lactose sugar with the sourness of the lactobacillus.

A hazy raspberry color with a minimal head per the style, the nose has big cherry aromas and the Brett as an aperitif.
The cherries dominate the taste, and there’s some sweetness from the lactose addition. Really nice sour by Central State.
