Had on tap. Ruby red body, barley any bubbles or foam. Smell just hits you in the face with raspberry, along with hibiscus, slight lime, funky yeast, and flowers. Taste has a lingering acidity that drive the raspberry home in a rewarding way, plus the other flavors from the smell become quite tart with the raspberry. Feel is acidic, tart, but has some floral sweetness that is felt here and there. Succulent
