Brewed with an absurd amount of flaked oats of an equally silly amount of Citra and Mosaic hops, this IPA is bursting with juicy fruit flavors and silky smooth texture.
Malt Bill: Indiana Pilsner Malt, Flaked Oats
Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Citra Cryo, & Mosaic Cryo
Yeast: CSB Clean House Yeast

1 PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a hazy amber hue. It is topped with a couple inches of champagne-like head that disappeared quickly leaving no lacing.
The smell is tropical fruit, melon, and grapefruit.
The taste starts out with some tropical fruit notes. I get melon through the middle. Grapefruit is in the finish.
Medium bodied with an effervescent and mildly dry mouthfeel
This is a solid beer. I need to try some more from this brewery.

On tap. Poured a hazy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of orange, pineapple and toasted caramel. Sweet tropical fruit taste with caramel and a sharp bitterness.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 6/1/2019. Pours very hazy medium golden amber color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Good appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smoth, moderately creamy/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that us great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is an excellent session NEIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Nicely soft feel, and not overly aggressive. Awesome Citra, Mosaic profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; with a great clean oat/malt backbone for the ABV. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example. Loved the hop profile as expected.
