Aroma is roasted malts, big coffee and a hint of alcohol. The flavor is roasted malts, coffee, mild chocolate, dark fruit and a warming alcoholic/acidic finish.

I tried this imperial stout beer at the Casual Pint in Toledo, Ohio. It poured an opaque dark with tan head that did not leave much lacing. The scent had hints of malt, roast and subtle chocolate notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with a chocolate malt base subtle toffee and vanilla presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a decent beer.

Poured from 12 oz can into snifter. Stamped 1/30/20.
A: Pours a thick black with 1 inch dark mocha head with excellent retention.
S: Dark smooth chocolate and sweet cream. Hint of roasted char.
T: Dark chocolate, sweet cream, char, and a bit of an off note (metallic).
M: Medium-heavy body. Thick and viscous feel. Darkly sweet. Mildly bitter.
D: A decent offering for style, but certainly not worth the high price.

12oz can stamped 01/30/20 (nearly 8 months old) poured into a Spiegelau stout glass at fridge temp 11.5% ABV. The beer pours dense black with thick copper tinted brown head. The head recedes to a half inch cap. The aroma is mild with caramel and roasted malt. The taste is bittersweet chocolate and caramel with slight ashy roasted malt bitterness on the finish. The mouthfeel is medium plus bodied with just less than medium carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Slight ethanol finish. Overall, good, not great. Can states good to drink fresh or age. The entire package feels like they were holding back which isn't what you expect in a stout at this price point (2×12ounce cans for $12). Maybe that's why these cans are now in the singles cooler 8 months later.
