13 oz. pour at the brewery. Served in tulip glass. It pours a hazy brown color akin to ice tea that's sat in the fridge for several days, and a foamy, ecru-colored head and lacing. As the glass warmed, the smells really came to life: plum, raisin, and clove. The taste features sweet malt with abundant plum and raisin, and a hint of funky Belgian spice. It manages to be fruity but not cloying and it finishes quite dry. This ale is almost chewy with lively carbonation and a punchy 9% ABV. You can feel the alcohol. Overall, it is a really well-crafted and delicious. I hope Conclave brews it again.
