On-tap at Local Brewing Company, San Francisco, CA
A: The beer is crystal clear deep yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, and dank pine are present in the nose.
T: The taste has equally balanced flavors of dank pine, citrus, and tropical fruits. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a very nice balance between the pine, citrus, and tropical fruits. This goes down easy and can be considered sessionable.
