Wet hop beers = pick hops + brew beer in < 24hrs. We split this batch into two versions: BRIDGE (on CO2) and TUNNEL (on Nitro) to maximize the hopportunity. Bridge reveals a clean bitterness followed by bright green, grassy notes. Tunnel is more subtle, revealing caramel and straw notes.

On-tap at Local Brewing Company, San Francisco, CA
A: The beer is solar deep yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high creamy white head that died down, leaving lacing on the surface and down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grassy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of grassy hops and happy along with subtle hints of vanilla. The grassiness becomes stronger as the beer warms up. Only faint hints of bitterness are perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little smooth and creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I don't recall ever having an IPA on nitro. This is very interesting, having a fresh hop taste and a pleasant mouthfeel.
Note: This is the "Tunnel" version of the beer, served on nitro-tap
Serving type: nitro-tap
