I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery. It's a dry-hopped Centennial SMaSH pale ale.

Appearance: medium golden hue with a light dash of haze and a very thin layer of white foam. Great color, bad head.

Smell: earthy, piney, herbal hops with just a bit of yeastiness. A real showcase for Centennial.

Taste: dank fruit, like a pineapple from hell, with some evergreen and general earthiness. Shazam! I'm digging it!

Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess for the style.

Overall: this beer is just working for me. Earthy, dank and piney, Centennial is something you don't see celebrated everyday. An interesting and tasty beer.
