This is a really great beer! It is what is needed at a campsite with the warm embers burning because this is one toasty, delicious, west coast IPA that represents camping in the redwoods!

Pours a clear amber with plenty of foam in the tumbler. Crisp but not acidic with an appealing spritz on the tongue. Starts with some malty sweetness, but well balanced with the tangy hops. Brewer says this is dry hopped with Strata and Comet. Aromatic with melon and a touch of lemon rind. Bold citrus taste with hints of plum and passion fruit.

A little astringency in the aftertaste but overall quite friendly. This reminds me of the long series of IPAs from Pizza Port— clean, fruity, moderate bitterness, and highly drinkable. From the 16 oz can shipped from City Beer. Dated 12/14/20 on the bottom.
