A: The beer is very hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of white wine must are present in the nose along with hints of gooseberries.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the gooseberry flavors are a little stronger and there are also additional hints of lime citrus.
M: It feels a bit more than medium-bodied and somewhat smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: You can definitely get a sense that this beer is strong from its heavier mouthfeel but it does a remarkable job at hiding the alcohol from the taste. I found the aromas and flavors of white wine must to be very unique.
