Typical NEIPA appearance of caution light yellow with a bone white apex, leaving a thin residue in its wake as it recedes.
Beautifully fresh aroma showcasing the mighty Nelson Sauvin hop. A cornucopia of tropical fruits abound.
Juicy citrus and lightly sweet melon are followed by a subtle biscuit / cracker malt creating a nuanced balance in the back palate.
Medium bodied and crushable, yet I want to savor the beer to prolong the experience.
What a wonderful and terrific surprise. I'm so glad I stopped here.
