This is a hazy pale ale made with Idaho 7 hops. It is pretty mellow both in terms of aroma and flavor. Somewhat fruity but mostly mineral-y and very easy to drink. It is a nice beer to pair food with, as it is fairly light in flavor but also in alcohol.
