Had on tap. Murky yellow pour, thick white collar. Smells of crusty bread yeast and lemon pith, with some zest and vague wild tones. Taste is weird, but don’t hate it, it’s like half-wild, decently bready yet yeast is mixed cultured with floral and citrus notes. Feel is the misstep though, body breaks down through the sip despite the yeastiness, leaving a suspended feeling final third of the sip
