Wheatwine aged in Sauternes barrels.
A lot of vinous notes which brings almost a bit of tartnesss (but no sourness). It brings balance to this high abv brew. Caramelized wheat is nice in there.
Low carbonation. Not overly sweet, it's actually quite dry.
