We call this the Cadillac of ambers. No amber has quite taken the El Dorado hop for a spin like this. Drink this single hopper slow and low to keep your tempo.

Looks fairly clear brownish-red with minimal head but solid lacing. Smells of bread and toasty malts. Taste is same with some unexpected hop bite. Feel is crisp but refreshing. Not bad. A beer that is more than the sum of its parts, in a way, and a solid example of the style.
