Two-row, Cara Amber and Cara Foam round out this earthy IPA. But the Centennial hops really put this floral brew over the top with flavor. Like the famous Penny Farthing and other high wheel bikes, this beer will turn heads.

Floral, piney hop bite backed softly sweet toffee and sugar cookies. The finish was a nice fresh tasting citrus with relatively low bitterness. Never heard of this brewery before, hope to see more from them.

Had this one on tap at Hoppers in Salisbury across from SU campus. Nice west coast style IPA. Piney and resiny with some bitterness and a sweet malt backing it. Well made.

Crowler > Snifter
A - Clear rich gold with a finger of foamy white head, little lacing.
S - Classic west coast, pine, grapefruit, orange, lemongrass, slight astringent dankness,
T - Clean and bright citrus with some moderate earthy piney hop bite, some hop resin, mild malt base, orange, very nice.
M - Dry, and semi-thin, yet refreshing.
O - Solid IPA, wouldn't mind having this again.

Had this on tap at Adams Ribs because they were out of Nugget Nectar. Pleasantly surprised! Delicious IPA that definitely hangs in there with the big boys. I'll be having another for sure.
