12 oz bottle from Toby. Dark brown pour, flat. Roasty malts in the aroma, nutty notes. Taste is nutty with light sweetness. Not quite roasty enough for me

A little metallic tasting at first (came from a bottle). When it warmed up, the metallic taste went away.
Not bad. It seems to be hop forward rather than malt forward. That's fine, but in the cold winter, I like the malty better. A bit sweet on the frontend, but with a hoppy bite in the finish. A roasty, toasty, chocolate quality to this.
7% abv hidden well. I enjoyed it overall.

Best porter brewed in Utah. Dark brown in color. Aromas of mocha and milk chocolate. Flavors: chocolate, bitter roasted coffee, and touch of vanilla. It starts out sweet and finishes bitter. The mouthfeel is the best part — its velvety and rich. I always found porters to be lacking body but this is excellent. People of Utah, pick this up.
