Nearly clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the wine glass. Pleasant fruity aroma with ripe melon, peach, and citrus. Slight malty sweetness and a light and tangy mouthfeel. Restrained flavors of peach and orange. A very modest acidity with a little bitterness and a woody hint. If this is actually a New England IPA rather than a juicy West Coaster, it's a Best of Breed. Highly drinkable and you could even use the word "elegant." From the 12 oz bottle purchased at the brewery bottle shop. Dated 23C03, which is their way of saying March 3 of this year.

12 oz bottle traded from Hinda65 into Sierra Nevada Spiegl glass.
Bob-omb pours a beautiful juicy body easily on par with any Tree House, Trillium, or Other Half offering. Amazing creamy head of 2 fingers, gradually receding to 1. This looks the part.
Aroma is likewise absolutely fantastic. Huge juicy tropical aromas of pineapple, mango, pink grapefruit, oranges, peach, papaya, with dank sticky notes of greenery and pine.
Flavor is slightly mineral-y, with notes of funky peach and white grape, with some white grapefruit, tangerine, some grass, hay, earth, and slight herbal elements. It does come off slightly cheesy, but only slightly, though it does off-set the beautiful melange of fruits here.
Feel is dead on marvelous. Ultra creamy, near perfect carbonation for the style, and a mild resinous finish.
Overall, mega impressed by this batch from Utah. Very tasty stuff, too bad it's not distributed..... This could be a fantastic flagship to get people talking about this brewery.
