12 oz bottle from Hinda65 poured into Boiler red label Snifter.
A pecan brown forms a dark brown to black body with a head of 1 finger, receding to a thick ring with some lacing.
Aroma of cocoa nibs, cheddar, and very slight cherry syrup.
Flavor brings metallic dark chocolate to start, and then some caramel, some slight canned cherry juice, and an aftertaste of cocoa nibs.
Feel is a bit thin for this caliber of stout. Medium bodied. Moderate carbonation. Slightly drying finish.
Overall not really a fan of this one, it needs some work but maybe that's why it's an experimental release.
