Clear golden yellow brew with plenty of foam in the wine glass. Aroma of lemon and green melon. Sharp and spritzy on the tongue. Mellow sweet malt to start with a little alcohol heat. Abundant fruity flavor and a modest bitter aftertaste. Something about this, it's really delicious. Unassuming and not overly hopped, but it strikes that balance of malt and hops. Sweet and hot but restrained. A surprising and tasty strong ale. From the 12 oz bottle purchased at the brewery shop.
