This was one of the guest taps at Squatters/Utah Cooperative or whatever its called. Had it watching the Bucks get eliminated from the playoffs :(
Pours the usual bronzey brass gold like color. 1/3" white head. Clarity is eh, ok I guess. The aroma was mild and may not have any dry hopping at all. The hops are Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial, which I guess plays out in the mostly bittering hop, light grapefruit C hoppy kind of minimalism.
The taste pushes much the same, you could almost say that Amarillo and Simcoe do much of nothing here, might as well be a Centennial SMASH beer, its got the rind and pine thing it brings, and not much else. Body is fine and light, its a draft Utah option, so you know how it goes. Its pretty session-y. Mouthfeel of C hops, brisk, but not crisp if that makes sense. The time to hesitate is through.
I could see being able to drink lots of this. Its similar to a Corona or Heineken on the river, but as an ale, with more hops as a beer you simply don't have to think about being a beer nerd too much, you just enjoy alongside the greater joys in life. It might be slightly below average for an ipa, but its still good enough. I added this beer to this Next Glass database (Respect Next Glass!) and I also wrote the first review for it even though its like 6 months after I first had it.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
