Not of this world, but of the underworld, our Hefe presents itself to thee. Brewed with equal parts pilsner malt and wheat, Hefeweizen is unfiltered and cloudy in appearance. The chosen yeast produces unique flavors of banana and clove and leaves it dry and somewhat tart. A low hop bite means its amazingly crushable. This pilot batch beer won’t be around long so sip it with care while it is amongst us.
