Hydra Orkid Vanilla Ale, Kolsch, 4.5% ABV, 6 IBU. Pours pale yellow and thin, with no head. Nose is vanilla and malt, taste follows, with slight sweetness, and no perceptible bitterness. Fine carbonation, but not much of it. Decent mouthfeel, overall excellent. Went down fast, so very drinkable. Love me a kolsch.
