A light, low carb beer made with all barley--no adjuncts--and actually has good taste.
Upon pouring the beer developed a fluffy white head of foam that settled down to a short layer that lasted to the end. Color was the typical "very pale" you'd expect from a light beer. Flavor: Dry maltiness, and carbonated water dominates, with a touch of biscuits and very faint "noble" hoppiness that comes from the German Hallertauer variety. Sadly, these flavor components were weak and hard to perceive. Finishes dry and with a slight hop bite (yes!). True to style and then some. Very well made, this beer has no apparent weirdness or flaws unlike other such low-carbohydrate brews. The amazing thing is the beer ony has 2.9g carbs and 77 calories per 12 oz. serving. According to a recent press release they are able to do this through a proprietary process developed by their brewers.
