This Italian-style Lager is the 2nd beer in our “Roommate Series” of beers! It is named in honor of a roommate who studied abroad in Italy and never wanted to come back! We used a classic pilsner yeast strain to give it crisp and clean taste (but with some maltiness) and used a generous portion of flaked maize to dry it up. 50 cents from each pint sold will be donated to the Chase Swaffar Memorial Scholarship Fund.
