Had it on tap at the excellent Dewey Beer Co. brew pub. Paired it with a burger.
Pours a mahogany color with a very modest head that soon disapates. Nice looking beer, although I like a big head with my Belgians.
Nice sweet aroma of raisins, prunes, biscuity and chocolate like malt.
Nice smooth, sweet and mellow feel. Dark fruit and ugly spice. Soft carbonation is just about right. Well done!
