Three Really is Company— TIPA from Dewey Beer Co. in Delaware. A very, very good (but very, very dangerous) Triple IPA. 12.7% ABV is the culprit, but, man, is this good! Vic Secret and Citra hops deliver citrus, pine and pineapple. It’s TRIPLE dry hopped, and that big ABV is not as detectable as it might otherwise be. Surprisingly smooth in mouthfeel, and that’s just another reason to be exercise caution. Two of these on an empty stomach could have ramifications beyond excellent taste.

L - 3 finger frothy white head atop a murky orange body.
S - tropical! Pineapple, citrus.
T - follows the nose. Sweet tropical fruits. Especially pineapple. A little dankness with some pine. Low bitterness, moderately boozy.
F - medium body and carb.
O - a little too sweet for me, but the nose is killer. Pretty good for the super-high abv.

A- A hazy golden orange with a two finger white head
S- Citrus zest, tropical fruits, pineapple, grapefruit, some sweet stone fruits, piney/dank, touch of malt sweetness.
T- Citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruits, touch of sweet melons, some stone fruits, simple malt sweetness.
M- Smooth, medium to full body.
O- A good hop combo, but don’t see the need for making it almost 13% ABV. Alcohol is well hidden, but I feel some of the sweetness from being so high ABV takes away from the
