L - 2.5 finger bright white head atop a translucent yellow body.
S - sweet plantains, lime, banana, herb.
T - buttery citrus. Getting some banana and clove in there too. Low bitterness, moderate-low sweetness, low booziness.
F - medium body and carb.
O - a shame about the diacetyl. It otherwise has a lot going for it, but can’t get past the butter.

Hazed light orange with just shy of a finger of near-white head. Solid lacing.
Candied oranges, white wine and a hint of herbs in the nose. The candied orange element is very strong, almost, but not quite, to the point of being caramel- or even butterscotch-like.
Given the nose, the taste is surprisingly watery up front -- more like a very light APA or Session IPA than a DIPA. Again, there's a hint of white wine and herbal spiciness in the background there. Mid-palate, more of the candied orange and a touch of malty nuttiness comes in. The finish is very clean, though, with a watered-down pill-like bitterness. There's a kiss of alcohol as well.
Medium bodied with appropriate carbonation in the feel.
This one sort of goes back and forth between heavy candied orange and very light hop water. Worth a try.
