Sampling a cold 16 oz can poured into a goblet. The beer is a gift from my bro Brian, thank you!
The beer is a bright red color and has fizzy off white colored head of 1 cm that fades to a trace edge layer soon after the pour.
The aroma is fairly tart and sour but also some fruity notes of the raspberry, but not a sweet smell. this doesnt look or smell like a typical beer, but could work for the style.
The first sip reveals a light and crisp textured body with fine tingly carbonation. Easy drinking crushable brew.
Flavor is a bit of fruity sweet and berry and then some tart acidic notes come through next. No hints of any hops as would be expected, and the booze is nonexistent.
THe beer is a sipper for me only due to the acidity, it is good as a berliner weiss and I appreciate it for that. I do worry about acidity and reflux later tonight, but that is just me. Enjoy it for the summer, dont sit on this as my brother recommended as well. Drink fresh.

16 oz can poured into a teku

A- Red with a small light pink head

S- Tart raspberries, some passion fruit, slightly sweet, some lactose.

T- Tart, raspberries, passion fruit, hunt of jam like sweetness, some lactose.

M- Smooth, crisp, light body.

O- A great sour that is balanced and refreshing. One of the better Secret Machines I’ve tried. Really tastes like something Burley Oak would do for a JREAM.
