On tap at Dewey Beer Co, DE.
Pours a clear golden pale straw color. A moderate head quickly dissipates. Pretty much on par for the style despite the lesser head retention,
The nose opens cleanly with a faint dry malt profile in the background. Later, subtle aromas of cracker and lightly toasted bread and floral and grassy hops.
Clean flavor profiles overall, consistent with the aroma. The malt flavors provide a moderate bready sweetness along with notes of dry cracker and lightly toasty notes. Decent hops balance provides an easy going and clean bitterness, mildly spicy and peppery notes and lemony, earthy and grassy flavors. The finish is dry.
Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. The carbonation is moderate with a nice lively kick.
Nothing earth shattering, however, it is well balanced and delicately crafted.

This one pours a fairly clear light yellow color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells mildly biscuity, with lemony and floral hops.
This is palatable, but not incredibly deftly done. Dewey is mostly known as a gloop and pastry factory, so I'm not really surprised. The malt character is lacking, as is the hop character - it's kind of just generically there, with some mild sweetness and a touch of hop bitterness.
This is light bodied, crisp and clean, with a pretty amount of drinkability.
This would definitely get the job done, but it's not a particularly compelling beer.
