It is ALWAYS spectacular to have that kind of beer when it is well done !
Dewey Beer stroke again with their "SM" (Secret Machine) series....
In the store here at Ocala it is one of our best seller! People are so thrilled by the marshmallow thing... but you know what ? They did it well... it is so subtle that you cannot be annoyed by it !
Store it upside down... when ready to drink... flip it... break the seal and enjoy. You will have a real Smoothie Beer without any cons ! Just one of the greatest summer beer !
You want to bring your #friendwhodontlikebeer in the party ... This is your go-to !!!
Congrats Dewey !

Poured from the can into a tulip style glass.
A real nice pink grapefruit perfect pink and orange body color, slightly hazy but mostly just a good opaque appearance. Fleeting head of lighter orange and pink, settling to a very thin collar and no top. Lots of effervescent hiss at first when pouring as well.
The aroma is much like other Secret Machine beers. Minimal tartness, although this one seems to have more of an acidic and a very good earthy kick on the nose. Good notes of peach and berry like fruit, and a very distinct vanilla and sticky taffy like sweetness. The sugary sweetness is nicely prominent but not overbearing.
Palate is quite enjoyable. Lacks a bit of depth and richness in mouthfeel, but still presents a good backbone. Rushing peach and berry mid palate, with very solid tart acidity, particularly in the finish. Has candy gum and a big marshmallow flavor that counters the sourness with good sweetness wonderfully. Real good tangy finish, pulling out peach fuzz and tart berry juice flavors in abundance.
Less sugary and cake like than others, but misses some depth. Still a very tasty machine beer in the series.

Electric glowing like Rudolph's nose in the glass, big raspberry aromas. A bit on the sweet side but just exploding with Raspberry fruity flavors, frontside and backside lip smacking scrumptious. Mouthfeel perfect, not too carbonated, not flat, alive with yeasty lactose milksugary wonderfullness.
Along the same lines as Burley Oak's JDream series, perhaps improves on it, but I'd gladly take either. Kudo's Dewey!

5 oz pour on tap. Pours a bright yet rich raspberry red with a nice off-white head. Aroma is raspberry, peach, and marshmallow with some wheat. Taste is similar but very sweet and barely tart at all. Mouthfeel is thick but slightly cloying. Overall it's pretty tasty but quite a bit sweeter than I would prefer.
