Poured into a clear pint glass. The beer poured out a golden color with a white head. The smell was like a pilsner should be. The taste was really good and the higher ABV is nice. This is a beer I will drink anytime I can.

Canned on date: ????
A - Medium to dark gold pour with dense, thin white lacing and low carbonation.
S - Crisp cereal grain with earthy citrus and lemon over top.
T - Honey cracker malt base with some sweetness while over the top has nice earthiness and lemon citrus. Finishes balanced to slightly on the sweeter side with a little bit of alcohol presence.
M - Big medium body with some wetness at the tip of the tongue while the rest of the mouth is dry. Slight warming on the way down (not much).
O - Enjoying this big Pils!

On tap at Dewey Beer Co, Dewey Beach, DE.
Pours a clear yellow color. A modest head dissipates and yields a ring of lacing.
The nose opens rather cleanly without anything standing out in particular. However, soon I pick up some aromas of sweet cereal grains, biscuit and clean Pilsner malt.
Sweet overall with notes of doughy, yet crisp, malts and a touch of alcohol sweetness. Nevertheless, it is not too sweet as the malts have some dryness. Notes of honey, grainy and caramel malts are balanced by earthy and lemony hops that provide a touch of bitterness. The finish is dry with a light touch of alcohol spice.
Medium bodied and moderately carbonated. The mouthfeel is somewhat mouth coating due to the chewy malts, yet, it has some crispness to it.
I haven’t had too many examples from this style, however, this seemed solid. It did a good job of hiding the alcohol and was mostly clean; like a slightly amped up Pilsner.
