Pours a hazy raspberry color with a pink foam head. The head soon dissipates.
The aromas are very fruity and bright with expected notes of blueberry, raspberry, grapefruit and orange. The nose overall is zesty and tart and redolent of a refreshing fruit punch.
Juicy, but dry, and bright with a tangy quality. A very accessible tartness that packs a moderate mouth puckering. Slightly doughy and creamy malts with notes of wheat and cracker. Flavors of blueberry, raspberry, grapefruit and orange and lightly peppery spices. The finish is dry with a nice fruity tartness.
Medium bodied with a mouthfeel that is mostly smooth but with a light sting from the sourness. The carbonation is moderate.
This is a quality fruit sour. Tasty and refreshing.
