Pours a thick, cranberry, strawberry-rhubarb smoothie color with a half-finger of raspberry-hued head. Thin, massy lacing.
Chocolate, marshmallow and berries in the nose.
Tart berries, chocolate and processed sugar compete in the taste with the marshmallow sweetness edging out the other two.
Medium bodied for the style with very tight, spritzy carbonation.
The chocolate and pecan create an interesting balance against the fruit, but marshmallow in beer isn’t my thing.
