12 oz can poured into a wine glass. This beer looks great and has a solid malt backbone - not too sweet, not thin - with an intriguing hop component. Some citrus (lemon, orange), along with some grassiness. Fairly low bitterness, but it's still there. Overall pretty tasty!

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of malts, lemons. Taste follows the aroma, refreshing and easy drinking. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

Picked up this evening at Pacific Liquor in Rehoboth when looking for something to go with my chili for dinner. This is pretty pedestrian, but satisfying, with a pleasant bread note and a generally agreeable aftertaste. This would go well with a decent slice, if I could find one in this neck of the woods...

italian pils is booming, and im drinking all of them i can, love the style, and even though this one is pedestrian, it felt right after some wild sour stuff, a nice crisp one, although the truth is that this isnt all that snappy, its fuller flavored and fuller feeling, hoppy enough to linger around on the palate awhile even though its approaching dry, and very well carbonated for the whole time it takes me to drink this glass down. neat to have it at their new spot in denver where mockery used to be (rip), a long way from home, feels like a weird move, but the space is cool and the beer was exciting for the most part. this seems like it came from delaware if im honest. clearish and brassy, short white head, some light oxidation and hop fade in the nose, almost like it got warm or something, got to take care of quality if this venture in colorado is going to work. it smells and tastes grassy, perhaps noble hops in this, light citrus, verbena, white tea, and clover, pleasant and springy and with some almost metallic minerality coming through as it warms, more body than it needs, a fuller biscuity character but it could definitely be eraclea malt, which authenticates it. smooth on the tongue, good glide, bigger in the belly though, and this ends up being not quite as repeatable as it could be. some hop bitterness late, copper pennies, and dried grass. its not unclean, but it has some yeasty character at the end too, and its less refreshing than i want it to be, its not cleansing each pull, its kind of cumulative, so its less easy later than it is in the beginning. fine beer, nothing special, but im glad to finally have a few dewey beers and their new environs seem to suit them well, wishing them luck in the west! this isnt up to the gold standard for the style, but itll work.

Semi-murky golden straw appearance with limited head and retention. Grain, bread, lemon, faint dank sweetness. Moderate body, moderate to light carbonation.

Can purchased at Fattey Beer Co in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a clear golden straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like lemongrass, lime zest, doughy malt, and some crackers.
This is solid, with a firmly spicy and refreshing hop character, lemon, lime, and “lemongrassiness”, but with a crisp, snappy and crackery malt backbone. It’s fairly well balanced, as these things go, with the bitterness well supported by the malt character.
This is light bodied, crisp, clean, and super drinkable.
This isn’t perfect – I’d want a touch more crispness, personally – but I still enjoyed this one.

Great clear yellow with amazing carbonation and 2 finger head that holds great retention. Has a strange sweet corn-like flavor to the beer and a very slick finish. For the high carbonation you’d think it would have a crisp lager finish but that is missing. An easy drinking lager but leans a touch overly sweet.
