12 oz can poured into chilled glass.
Beer temperature when poured: 36F-38F
Look: dark amber with thick stable head
Aroma: sweet with noticeable hints of caramelized pear and maybe apricot, accentuated with a woodsy ending
Taste: conforms to the aroma well, with accents of a northern pine forest and fig; finish is well proportioned with a hoppy bitterness
Mouthfeel: Creamy and smooth
Overall: Attractive and balanced. Bitter with sweet undertones. Nicely done.

Glassware Used: Can glass.
Look: Cloudy burnt orange body, khaki colored head with thick sudsy retention, airy webbed lacing.
Aroma: A very lovely soft piney sweetness up front mingles with touches of sweet fruits. Fresh, slightly spicy hops on the back end.
Taste: More piney and woody up front lacking the sweetness from the aroma. Citrus comes in the middle finishing piney and bitter but not overly so.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, has some creaminess to it.
Overall: Fragrant, balanced, not too sharp. Well done.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a fluffy white head of foam. It smelled of caramel, orange and pine. Sweet citrus up front with a nice toasted caramel finish. Nice bitterness.
