Lithology Red Ale tasted in May, 2020 listed at 4.9%, which differs from the BA description. It was poured from a 55F can into a pint glass. Red Ale head dissipated immediately Color of the beer is appropriately deep amber and flavor had a component of roasted malt flavor. But the body was otherwise lacking, and the hop character was shallow, with a faint bitterness initially, fading fast. Aftertaste was mostly malty, but not inviting. This was a disappointment from Lithology. I found their Legal Pale Ale to be very good.
