Collaboration with Pure Project

You know the saying. Brewing is both an art and a science. So when two breweries collaborate on one beer release, that fine line between science and art becomes remarkably murky. Each crew pours their own style into the recipe until it represents their shared vision. The resulting beer alludes to both breweries, and might just taste downright poetic. Murky Poetry is a Hazy IPA brewed with the community focused, IPA masterminds over at Pure Project. Amarillo, Citra, Sabro, and Motueka hops impart notes of guava, orange, and fruit punch. Oats and wheat give the beer a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. As for the art of drinking the beer? That’s where you come in, and we’re pretty sure you’ve got that down to a science.
