Produced by Carl Strauss exclusively for the Islands restaurant chain in southern California, this golden ale is a perfect drink with a burger, plain and simple. There is enough in this beer to drink by itself including a nice thick white head that lasts about half the life of the drink, lots of hops and fruity flavor like orange, and a pleasant aftertaste without any sourness. I heard that they are beginning to bottle this as well, but if you can't find it in a bottle, head to an Islands Burgers in southern California and enjoy a nice pint of this wonderful ale!
