A belgio-caroline strong ale. Our birthday beer! She May gives a thankful nod to the first "big" beer that we fell in love with, Chamy Blue. We complimented this big Belgian ale with enough honey to make a grown bear cry. After a ferocious fermentation we laid this bold beer to rest in whiskey barrels, where she found balance amd patience.
