Spacious warehouse brewery in industrial area. Tap room is partitioned off from brewhouse, and has an L-shaped bar that seats around 20. Additional counter seating and tables opposite the bar. High ceilings and garage doors give the place a very open feel. 12 beers on tap, nice variety, the 2 I had were very nice. Friendly service, very laid back.

Bay City Brewing is located in an industrial area near the intersection of the 8 and 5 Freeways.

Once you enter the building, it's a fairly spacious interior. They have a L-shaped bar with their production equipment in view in the back. You have seating area inside, but also an outdoor patio area. I could see that this brewery is dog friendly, as there was this very friendly black dog roaming the brewery floor greeting guests, including me. :)

They had 18 beers on tap. I ordered a flight of 4 tasters. I thought the beers were pretty nice. The server was friendly and welcoming.

I enjoyed my visit today very much.

Large L shaped bar with view of th brew kettles and multiple tables to sit at. Dog Friendly. Server was knowledgeable of the beers and head brewer was present and very talkative about the beers he brews and how thankful he is for the people who come in. There is also an outdoor area to sit. Beer selection was heavy on Pale Ales/IPAs but they all had a different flavor and were pretty well balanced. Happy to have stopped here on my vacation and would stop again if in San Diego.
